JURIDICAL PROBLEMS ON COOPERATIVE BANK REGULATIONS ON INDONESIA'S ECONOMIC GOALS

This paper is concerned with the juridical problems on cooperative banks’ regulations Indonesia’s goals stated in 1945 Constitution Republic of Indonesia. The arise due to absence commercial banks form banks. Furthermore, Indonesia has a minimum number rural (BPR Co). Currently, OJK registered only 19 BPR Co out 1545 BPRs (0.01%). study aims examine bank regulation as Constitution. It normative research, analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptive. reveals that Government Financial Services Authority (OJK) have no intention further regulating legal Cooperative Banks. We can see it from non-accommodation Banks Law Syariah Banking. In addition, we could also Cooperatives Commercial Bank Regulation. Therefore, not surprising are cooperative.
